🎨 About Customization & Orders
1. How do I customize my product? It’s super easy! On each product page, you’ll see a button to upload your furbaby’s photo or type in their name. Make sure the photo has great lighting so the result is 10/10 stars. ⭐
2. Can I see a preview before it’s printed? Of course! We want you to absolutely love your order. Once our design team works their magic, we’ll send you a proof via email for your "paws-up" approval before it hits the printer. 📧🎨
3. Can I change the design after placing my order? You have up to 24 hours to change the photo or modify your order. Once your order enters production,it can no lo longer be changend. So please double-check the name and photo before confirming your purchase.

5. Why is my order stuck in customs? Sometimes customs agents just want to admire our designs a little longer. 😉 In all seriousness, customs checks are random and can add a few days to the delivery. Please be patient—your pup will thank you! ⏳

6. Are the toys and accessories safe for dogs? Absolutely! At FurVibe, safety is our obsession. We use non-toxic, durable materials. However, we always recommend supervising your dog during playtime (especially if they are a "professional shredder"). 🛡️🎾
7. How do I wash my tee or my pet’s bed? To keep the colors popping forever: wash with cold water, inside out, and avoid high-heat dryers. Treat them with the same love you give your dog! 🧼✨
🔄 Returns & Payments
8. Can I return a customized product? Since these items are created specially for you (with your pet’s unique face!), we cannot accept returns unless they arrive damaged or with a printing error on our part. If there's a quality issue, we'll fix it immediately! 💖
